At We Are Knitters, we want you to love your DIY projects, but if you change your mind, you can return your unused kits and yarns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our help center to access the return portal and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused yarn, needles, and patterns back into their original paper bag or a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
