What is included in a We Are Knitters kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to complete your project: premium wool or yarn skeins, 100% beechwood knitting needles, the specific pattern, a small sewing needle, and a We Are Knitters embroidered label.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
I am a beginner. Which kit should I choose?
We offer kits for all skill levels. We recommend starting with our 'Beginner' level kits, which use thicker wool and simple stitches. You can also access our video tutorials online to guide you through every step.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the yarn skeins remain in their original packaging with the labels intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. Our wool is 100% natural, our needles are made from FSC-certified beechwood, and our packaging is recycled and reusable.
